Molten VBC would like to welcome Coach Nicole Scott, former Arizona State Volleyball Assistant weight/plyometrics trainer to their staff.  She and the Arizona State University/Chandler-Gilbert CC Weight training staff will be training the 18's and 16's girls before each practice at Chandler-Gilbert CC from December to the end of April.  A sample of the training can be read in an article in the AZ Sidelines provided by the AZ Region.  Coach Scott replied "We will train the girls to be faster, stronger and better prepared volleyball athletes".  The program is a non-credit course offered through Chandler-Gilbert CC that is the up to date, state of the art training that has been proven to be successful.
