Congratulations to BJ Hiapo for making first team All-Conference captain and being recognized as the top JUCO setter in California while attending Long Beach City College during 2005/2006.  Long Beach City College became just the second men's volleyball team in California state history to go undefeated during a season, and also won the 2006 State Championship.  Way to go BJ!

Congratulations to Joe Kauliakamoa (6'4") for making the U.S. Boys Youth National Team.  The team defeated Cuba, and went on to finish 2nd place at the NORCECA Championship.  Way to go Joe!

Congratulations Molten 18-1 Black on winning the 2007 Arizona Junior Boys' Region Championship on Saturday, December 16, 2006.  We are proud of all the coaches and Molten Junior Boys for their accomplishments this season.

Congratulations Molten 14-Black for winning the 2009 Arizona Region Junior Boys' 14 Club Division Championship on Saturday, December 20, 2008.

2009 Junior Nationals - MOLTEN 18 Black 2009 USA Junior National Boys Runner-Up Champions.  Congratulations to the Molten 18 Black and Molten 18 Blue team in their respective finishes at the 2009 Junior Nationals held in Atlanta, Georgia on July 1-4.  In the 18's Gold quarterfinals, the Molten 18 Black team defeated Onipa'a (defending '08 17's champions from Hawaii) 25-23, 25-23.  The boys semi final opponents against the Mets (Puerto Rico) was a long, hard fought match that ended with a Molten 3 set victory.  During the highlighted National Championship match, Molten lost to Tool City (Pennsylvania) in three tough sets, the third set ending at 15-13.  After receiving their runner-up medals and trophy, Parker Del Re, Jared Morrison and Kyle Chapman were chosen for the All-American first team honors. Read news article on AZCentral.  The 18 Blue (Molten 17 Black) team did a great job competing in an older division and finishing 40th out of 52 teams.  Congratulations!!

35th AAU Girls' Junior National Volleyball Championships in Orlando, Florida June 15-22, 2008 (Team Molten 16U Navy shown below with Coach Berta)

Congratulations to Junior Girls' 16-Brian for winning the 16's Championship at Wasatch tournament in Utah.  We also had a great finish for 16-Annie that finished in 6th place out of 32 teams!  Also a great finish by 14-Rachelle and 14-Willie teams for finishing in the top of their consolation brackets. Way to go girls!

AAU National Championships - Congratulations to the Molten 16G Black team in their finish at the AAU National Championships held in Orlando, Florida on June 14-18.  They placed 52nd out of 104 teams.  Congratulations!!
