Kamaile Hiapo named AZ Player of the Year!

Kamaile was also one of eight finalists for the azcentral Sports Awards Girls High School Volleyball of the Year and they made up the Arizona Republic All-Arizona Girls Volleyball team for 2018.  Kamaile  was also selected:

  • as an AVCA/Under Armour 1st Team All American! She was flown to participate in a match of the top 24 Athletes in the country during the NCAA D1 Final Four Matches and was the only Arizona athlete representing Skyline High School and Molten Volleyball Club
  • to PrepVolleyball.com’s Class of 2019 Senior Aces, the top 250 volleyball recruits in the Class of 2019
  • for the Arizona Girls 1st Team All State for high school
  • to the 1st Team All Tournament at AAU Nationals with Molten.

A do-it-all player in high school and club (where she has been known to pass the entire court…by herself), look for Hiapo to transition to the back row at the collegiate level with the University of Arizona.
